Heraeus universal centrifuges, Megafuge 1.0 and 2.0 without refrigeration and Megafuge 1.0 R and 2.0 R with refrigeration, are the ideal instruments for all routine laboratory separation processes.

Whilst all Megafuges offer the same out-standing performance, Megafuges 2.0 and 2.0 A are designed to handle greater capacities. Megafuges 1 .0 and 1 .0 A can handle up to 48 blood collection tubes or 12 “Falcon’- type tubes (50 ml). With Megafuges 2.0 and 2.0 R, up to 76 blood collection tubes or 16 “Falcon”-type tubes (50 ml) can be processed at one time.
