MSE Mistral 2000

The Mistral 2000 is a fully microprocessor controlled multi purpose benchtop centrifuge. It exhibits many of the features of the Mistral 1000, including automatic rotor identification. In addition to the safety factor of not allowing the rotor to be used beyond its safe limit, the Mistral 2000 can also be set and run in 'g' force and the centrifuge can positively identify the rotor. Rpm and 'g' force reading can be converted from one to the other once the rotor is running thus eliminating the need for tedious calculations.

Details

All controls are digitally operated and the readout is via a digital LCD display. This allows parameters such as speed, time and brake rate to be set easily and accurately. The Mistral 2000 features 200mL sealed slotted cups which are designed for the safe containment of potentially hazardous samples such as blood or other body fluids. The Mistral 2000 has a wide range of accessories to take most laboratory samples and incorporates all the usual MSE safety features such as lid interlock, steel guard ring and imbalance protection.
